Runway
orientation is east-west for the 2600 ft runway with
a gentle slope to the east (land west and takeoff
to the east). The 1900 ft runway is oriented northwest-southeast
with a slight down hill gradient. Trees are present
on the west end of the long runway so operations east
for takeoff and west for landing are required.
* Hangar
row lots will be leased for specific periods of time
(10, 20, or 30 years) and then revert back to being
owned and managed by the homeowners association. This
will be done to create a revenue stream for the association
thus reducing the association fees going forward. Lease
rates will be attractive.
